ABOUT ME

I currently live and work in Berlin, with my wife and two daughters. I worked in London prior to making the move east, 5 years ago.

First and foremost, I am a big believer in having fun. Even the most pressing and serious topics can benefit from teams of people who like to be kind to one another, and make each other laugh whilst getting good focused work done. I get obsessed with problems and I love to embrace complexity. Laughter and joy make those project habits far more sustainable. 

I enjoy designing strategies and experiences that can solve systemic issues to have real-world impact. I have enjoyed my experiences across many leadership roles spanning research, strategy, and design. My curiosity for human-centered design stems from my study of sociology at university, combined with my early career exposure to design strategy as a practice.

I have managed and implemented human-centered experience strategy & design for a variety of organizations, from Forbes 100 to small NGOs, globally.
